Supperclub presents Suntree Records ADE 2009.
On Sunday 25th of October, Suntree Records is proudly presenting Suntree Lounge in the worldwide acclaimed Supperclub in Amsterdam during the annual Amsterdam Dance Event. This night will be a showcase of Oded Nir's album ' Midnight Snacker' , Lewis Ferrier feat. Mavis Acquah and DJ Saturn.
Expect a night with musical guidance from the next level. Suntree Lounge is showcasing Oded Nir's music from his album Midnight Snacker, that will be released by Christmas 2009 on Topkapi Muzik - Universal Music Group International (Turkey) & Suntree Records. Accompanied by his vocalist King Dread James & Guests, the album will be fully represented on the night including live instruments. Oded's unique style of lounge, chill-out and deephouse will all be featured during his show.
Lewis Ferrier has his own signature of soulfull house, with high-value dancefloor vibes. His releases can be found on labels such as Reelgroove Records, Farriswheel and Look At You. Lewis delivers an exclusive bonus remix on the Midnight Snacker album. During Suntree Lounge he collaborates with female vocalist Mavis Acquah, who has performed at major events such as Dancevalley and Indian Summer Festival.
DJ Saturn will be the closing act of Suntree Lounge. His track ' The Placebo' , produced together with Oded Nir is also featured on Suntree Records. As a deejay he has extensive experience to take crowds to higher levels and at the same time, promoting the nearly legendary "Nu Even Deephouse" Beachparties in the summer.

Without any hecitation i agreed to coöperate with the Women2Run4 foundation to help them out with their fundraiser for Pink Ribbon on the 4th of October. I feel that everyone should make an effort to win the fight against Cancer and in particular breast cancer. As a man it is hard to imagine what it feels like to lose the most feminen part of your body (in my opignion) or even worse to lose the fight against cancer. On sunday the 4th of October i will do my very best to give all women (attendants and spectators) the best possible vibe.

So, after skipping the news for march and april it is time to tell everybody what kept me busy. Well for starters I have been very busy to complete all of my remix-duties. Forthcoming remixes from Steven Stone, Dutchican Soul, Daniel Darque, Souldiggers and Melvin Reese !! And ofcourse after the succesfull single with Mavis Acquah it is also time to work on my own new material. On the 10th of april I have dropped a stunning 5hr set at Arc (Amsterdam). I can tell you that there are more of those sets coming in the near future in this beautiful Bar/Lounge. On the 5th of January DJ Lewis Ferrier and Soulsessions Agency ended their cooperation. With everyone its own vision on the future it is for both parties time to go each ways. Looking back on the year 2008, you can conclude that again more people have gain knowledge of “deep, soulful & seductive house music” of Lewis Ferrier. Not only as a DJ but also as music producer.
Last year several national and international record labels have been in contact for several remixes and own releases (DJ Dealer (Look At You Recordings), Dos Palomas Negras (Dos Palomas Negras Records), Jazzentials, (On Tha Floor Music & Events), Légo (Poontin Muzik), Soul de Marin (Sniff Your Ears Recordings).
Also 2009 will be promising. In the beginning of this year his remix of “Steven Stone – Change” will come out on Barcoda Recordings from Andy Lee (Central Avenue), but also its own project with vocalist Mavis Aqcuah stands to be brought out on the English label “Reelgroove” among with remixes by Morten Trust, Vernon & DaCosta and Dutchican Soul.
And there is to come! Conclusion: a fresh start for 2009!
